Fedex was notified electronically that I had a couple Parcels for Pick up on 13th October, and I was able to Confirm on the morning of the 15th that Armour would be here

Wouldn’t fit into one box

that afternoon , Thursday, I actually called and spoke with the driver

He arrived around 2:30 left with the two boxes, and the Waybills as well as 4 copies of the Commercial Invoice.

Friday Evening app 7:30 I got a call from Fedex in Dartmouth, a nameless person, he said he doesn’t have to give me his name, and he’s missing Commercial Invoices.

Wow, I gave all 4 of them to Brian the Armour Driver.

Well he can’t help me , it’s my responsibility to get him these and If they are not part of the Packages he can’t send them.

He did indicate I could Fax them to him, as I didn’t have the 4 signed copies, I had nothing Signed and Dated to even send him, besides, doesn’t Fedex have a way of getting hold of the people that bring packages to their door.

I called Fedex toll free, after 2 or 3 operators, I got hold of someone who I could e-mail these, unsigned  and they would e-mail them to the people at Fedex in Dartmouth..  Though they wouldn’t be signed he insisted that would not be a problem..

Well there you go it’s Friday night, and I reckon nothing moves Saturday or Sunday, lets see what Monday morning brings.

Monday Morning 9:30 called Fedex, Carlos was on the line, very difficult to understand, telling me that the package looks like it’s coming back because it is missing information

Well 20 minutes later Carlos tells me they are only open between 7:30 am and 6 Pm, and as he can’t help me, and they can’t help me, and no one answers the phone,  he doesn’t know what to do..:):)

Well he passed me on to a Supervisor, and she was able to confirm some info and was located in Virginia

Huum, she can’t get hold of anyone in Dartmouth

It’s now 10:07 , Called Armour, maybe they can help. Chris tells me all the Info I gave the driver  was passed on to the people that got the Package in Dartmouth(Fedex I presume, or maybe Armour in Dartmouth)

He doesn’t now what he can do, as a matter of fact usually his drivers don’t even get any paperwork when they pick up Parcels for Fedex.

He’s is passing my concern onto Arnold, who now has my number and can call back.

10:55 AM  Call from Fedex in Toronto, they tell me they can’t get anyone to answer the phone in Dartmouth so have no answers at the moment.

1:45 Susan called from Fedex in Dartmouth, they have all the information and the parcel will be moving today.

Well some days later and after a few calls the paperwork is in place, and the Packages arrived.
