For the longest while this winter we thought there would be no snow.
Well surprise surprise, Feb has brought a couple storms already.
The small tools, shovel, is at the back door, but the heavy artillery
is in the garage.
That’s a few feet away, and usually riddled with snow drifts, for some reason seemingly deeper after every storm.
View from inside the garage, my 1st hurdle, clear a lane out to the road.
Blower ready to come out
Fueled up and ready to go. The worst part with a blower is sometimes you blow the snow in a spot only to find yourself having to blow that again.
After a few runs in and out I have a huge snow wall. Surely the next storm will find a way of filling in this low spot or? :):)
Looking back to the garage, on the right the afternoon task, up the hill to the chalets
Of course how can I forget the chickens, they’re down over the bank in a valley of snow.. Fortunately they have a house down there that keeps them comfy
Getting closer , the last 15 feet requires the shovel
Here’s a bit of Video
