Reservation,  cancellation policy

   - To reserve a Chalet a Credit Card is required. A Credit Card is also required at Check In.  A security hold may be placed on your Credit Card at that time. We accept all Major Credit Cards.
   - Check In 4 P.M.   Check Out 10:30 A.M, unless other arrangements have been made. You may choose to pay with cash, Credit or Debit Card at Check Out
    - You will be asked to provide details on the number of guests, and this will be confirmed at Check In. We ask that the number of guests in all Chalets is the number Registered with us, at Check In,  after 10:30 P.M. each evening
    - No Alcohol shall be consumed on the property, other then, in your Chalet, on the decks or a marked designated area.
   - We do not accept Group Bookings, our Guests are asked to contact us to Book or Confirm any Reservations directly.
  - If you are planning a wedding or family get together, contact us with the details, we would be pleased to help with your groups accommodation plans.
   - We are a Smoke free Property, absolutely no smoking  in our rooms / chalets or associated decks,  we are also a Pet free Vacation Destination.
  - All reservations are subject to a minimum $10.00 handling fee if canceled.
  - If cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival, a one day rate may be charged to your credit card. If cancellation is made less than 48 Hrs from the date of arrival, the total booking value may be charged.
