| Forest Haven Inn Rental Etiquette All cabins are privately owned and as such should be treated with the same respect and care you would as though it was yours. Each cabin contains an Information Package. General Rules are posted on the wall at the entrance door. This package provides valuable information, locations of interest and attractions, local restaurants, grocery stores, and other tourist information. This package will also provide specific information for you regarding "Property Rules" that have been set forth. We encourage you to read through this package as early as possible as you are responsible for following those guidelines. If you are unable to locate this package, please contact us as soon as possible. In the event of accidental breakage of property, we politely ask that you contact us as soon as possible as a matter of courtesy to us and subsequent renters. (Please note that cabins are routinely inspected between rentals and subsequent renters usually quickly discover any overlooked deficiencies). Your cabin has been stocked with all the necessary consumables, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soaps , hand soaps, shampoo, etc. These items should do for the 1st couple days. We kindly ask that you replenish these as required during your stay... If you run out of propane and or have difficulty operating the BBQ's then please advise us... Your cabin must be left clean and tidy for the subsequent renter. The rental period, unless otherwise stated is Daily after 4 PM with check out at 10:30 A.M. If you have any questions, concerns or special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to or during your stay Visitor and Guests Visitors and Guests, which arrive during your stay are all asked to Register and are required to leave the property by 10:30 P.M., no arrivals after 9 P.M. please. They may also be required to pay a Registration fee |
