    theres a symetry issue with the stab roots , be careful here<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    the box for the belcrank builds out to 1\/2 inch think<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    the slot on the fuse top is 1\/2 thick<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    yet the fillets at the fin to fuse is 1\/4 inch, as well as the le of the fin<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

    Has anyone ever built this plane, surely to god there’s one out there built from this short Kit, there would have been a huge benefit If it had been proto typed, and the fixes were sent in , I am going to build the fin with 1\/2 LE material as well and cut a new fillet, another quirk is the bottom laser cut piece for the rudder was to short, by 1\/4 inch the thickness of the post. the fuse top also has the 1\/2 inch slot , a good pointer, a true Builders Kit !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    It turns out there are missing ribs in both Kits, the root ribs of the tip panel, R8 on the plans , Kit supplier in Texas is aware but un responsive to request for parts, as well the plans are rather useless as the lines are so wide, dissappointed !<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Oct 13 Update 2024<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        Wings are coming together, two piece wings therefore significant work was needed to build joiner boxes and craft joiners. Underside of wing will receive final colors , black and neon orange stripe at join. Not sure yet the width of the stripe Thinking 11 1\/2 in or 17 1\/2 inch, 2 bays or 3 bays on each panel Top of wing will be red full length back to the spar, and white aft with a red spoiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
